Installed x86 version on QNAP NAS. After reboot, Tailscale started. Clicking on Tailscale Icon tries to launch URL as follows: https://192.168.xxx.xxx/cgi-bin/qpkg/Tailscale/index.cgi

The result is a 404 Not Found error; The requested URL was not found on this server.
