FR: post new memes to slack channel #5

Is it a good idea? Probably not.

If you like I can provide a slack webhook and some example code for posting markdown. Embedding the meme might be a little harder but should still be doable.

@shayne put together some parts of a Slack integration in the bot directory, with more or less these goals in mind. I am not super familiar with the Slack API, but if you have code that already works for something else, maybe we can crib something together.

I want to flesh out basic Slack integration for recalling and unfurling tmemes URLs. Perhaps embed voting too! Right now I have zero time to have such fun, but hopefully soon! :)
