Laravel scaffolding preset #1

Hey y’all,

I’ve put together a first-pass of a scaffolding preset for Laravel. It’s not too different visually to the bootstrap defaults, but at least let’s you see how to get started.

Probably some responsive issues, etc.

Will refine in time as I get my head around this utility-focussed stuff 🤙🏻

If you ask me, TailwindCSS is so close to the Laravel community this could as well be hosted within the tailwindcss GitHub project 🎉
