Outline icons missing in react package for sizes 16 and 20 #1143

As the title says. I.e @heroicons/react/16/outline doesn't exist.

Hey! Yeah correct, those icons don’t exist, we’ve never illustrated those. The only sets that exist are the four sets you see on heroicons.com 👍🏻

@adamwathan Ah.. for some reason I was convinced that I saw both outline and solid versions of mini on the website 😅 Thanks for the clarification!
