Added handshake Icon #216

Hey!

I've added both solid and outline icons according to issue #214. I'm new to this and I was not able to find any contribution guidelines. I'm glad to receive any constructive feedback and help.

Hey! Thank you so much for this but unfortunately we aren't accepting community contributions for actual icon designs — this is Steve's pet creative project and he'd like to design the icons himself. Hope that's understandable and thanks again ❤️
