Added wallet Icon #218

Added a wallet(with and without money) Icon resolving issue #215. I'm new to this, so I've added a new branch for every feature..... Is this the right way?

Hey! Thank you so much for this but unfortunately we aren't accepting community contributions for actual icon designs — this is Steve's pet creative project and he'd like to design the icons himself. Hope that's understandable and thanks again ❤️
