Add new arrows icons #321

This PR adds these icons

Fixes #144 and incorporates the fix from #160 (does not fix the original, see #164)

Needs attention from #281 if it is merged NVM

I will be using my fork from now on as I can't wait months and it seems like this repository is no longer accepting PRs

Hey! Thank you so much for this but unfortunately we aren't accepting community contributions for actual icon designs — this is Steve's pet creative project and he'd like to design the icons himself. Hope that's understandable and thanks again ❤️

That's cool. I need these icons so I have my own fork now that I'll continue using. I won't try to contribute any more of my changes upstream.
