feat: add bluetooth icon #517

Add Bluetooth icon to complement Wifi icon.

Hey! Thank you so much for this but unfortunately we aren't accepting community contributions for actual icon designs — this is Steve's pet creative project and he'd like to design the icons himself. Hope that's understandable and thanks again ❤️

Completely understand, is there a way we can request an icon? Eg: Web Bluetooth is becoming more readily supported. The Wifi icon is fantastic, is it possible a Bluetooth icon could be added too, please?
