add heroicons community version #778

It's just a proposal to show the community versions of the amazing heroicons.

Hey @PH7-Jack, nice to see that you've created an easy way to integrate Heroicons with Blade. Please be sure to include our license with the icons themselves (in the /src/views/icons/ folder), and maybe reference that license from your license as well.

As for this particular contribution, we don't generally link to community projects like this, just because we don't have time to properly review each project, and also because it encourages similar contributions which adds additional maintenance for us. I hope that makes sense 🙏
