Add Nullstack support #950

Dear Heroicons team,

I am submitting a Pull Request to add Nullstack support to the Heroicons package. This PR adds the necessary code changes to enable the use of Heroicons icons within Nullstack applications.

Nullstack is a powerful JavaScript framework for building web applications. It is designed to be simple, fast, and flexible, and provides a number of features that make it an excellent choice for building modern web applications. One of these features is its ability to work with a wide range of libraries and packages, including Heroicons.

By adding Nullstack support to Heroicons, we are enabling developers who choose to use Nullstack as their framework of choice to easily integrate Heroicons icons into their applications. This will help them to create beautiful, functional, and visually appealing interfaces, without having to spend a lot of time or effort on icon design.

In addition, Nullstack is an open-source framework with a growing community of developers. By supporting Nullstack, we are expanding the reach of Heroicons and making it accessible to a wider audience of developers who value simplicity, flexibility, and ease of use.

I believe that adding Nullstack support to Heroicons is a valuable addition to the package, and I look forward to hearing your feedback on this PR.

Hey thank you so much! I think for now this would best be handled as a third-party package, just because I don't want to commit to maintaining this ourselves going forward as none of the maintainers actively use Nullstack. Better for someone who would actually be using it to publish their own package and share it with the community, then it will actually be properly maintained 👍🏻

Sorry, hope that's understandable and thanks again regardless, really appreciate it.
