Code cleanup and shrinking

Most of these changes are just cleaning up the code and cleaning up the code.

• Includes some placeholders for future additions are also included in this revision.
• Includes the -s flag for speaking completion of the script and a notify() function to use if we want to speak other things and also print them on screen.

No worries. I honestly haven't been streetpassing much until a few days ago actually. Finally started digging into Bravely Default, so I pulled the script back out and played with it a little bit. Let me know if you have any questions.
