Get a new router in the 'space #4

During the recent Ludum Dare event, it felt like the 15-20 people in the hackerspace already overwhelmed the network. The default router is likely not good enough in general. Things I would be looking for to choose a new router:

5GHz (essential now in Taiwan, 2.4GHz is simply overwhelmed, or will be within a year)
Supported by DD-WRT (so we can use open firmware)
802.11n baseline but should have 802.11ac if compatible with the other requirements

Any other requirements from wireless folks?
