Pushes successful builds #6

This pushes an image if the build succeeds on master and needs to have DOCKER_USERNAME and DOCKER_PASSWORD defined as environment variables in Travis but I can't access the Travis repository settings in order to do so at the moment for some reason.

Specifically, the link to the settings page is missing from the "More Options" dropdown menu and the link: https://travis-ci.org/tair/ifad-backend/settings just says that there was an error while loading data, but I'm not sure if that's just a problem with my Travis account though.
