Hello! I'm so sorry for the long delay.
First, I would try toggling bluetooth on your phone and force-stopping the app. You could also try rebooting your phone and the watch.
It seems like you have a PineTime device, which might cause a problem because I do not have one myself, so I had to guess a couple of the identifiers. If you go into your phone's bluetooth settings, could you please let me know what name the watch has in the list of available devices? I may have mistakenly put the wrong device name in the app's code, which would cause the syncs to fail.
I would also appreciate any information about the phone you have the app installed (model, operating system, etc.).

Managed to fix it by disconnecting from nrf connect.
Hi! Thank you for letting me know! I just tried to recreate the issue, and I think I know what went wrong. The app always tries to reconnect to the watch, but doesn't check if it is already connected (like with NRF connect). I'll have a look to see what I can do to fix it. Thanks again!
I have not been able to sync with the pine time. When I press sync it says "connecting to pine time" and the says"Failed to connect to pine time!" Do you have any ideas. Thanks
