Guide to writing a ticket

• Determine the steps to reproduce the issue

• Determine if the issue is likely to be affected across roles

• write a single issue including difference between all roles

• include a screen shot if possible

Always test in mobile mode, we're not releasing desktop of tablet until all the mobile features are complete.

to do this:

1. open aislenine in chrome browser and press f12

2. in the top bar click on the laptop with smartphone icon

3. in top bar that appears over the screen select iPhoneSE from the device dropdown (this is the device most likely to show an issue, if it works on SE it probably works on the rest)

@jody-tait - can you go through the ticket titles and we'll add something like this to the guide:

• [ ] Write the title with the prefix: [Name of Page]: [Summary of issue]

It'll help me group issues together.
