Test Search and Filter

notes:

When you have "save" checked then the filter should always persist on the device it was set on only (using another device won't carry the filters over)

Include, Exclude and Search should all work together (but search should not persist other than for paginated results, only saved filters persist with every search)

When there are filters applied there should display a green circle by the filter icon with the number of filters selected displaying

If there is a value in the search, display a green dot by the search icon, it should persist across pagination for that search result but the value should be cleared when you refresh the app, or logout and login again. (It may or may not persist if you navigate away in and come back in one session, either way doesn't matter right now)
