Why is this change necessary

在首頁及各國家頁面的「加入貢獻」段落裡面，有個 GitHub issue 的連結，都連到 singapore 去了。
Proposed solution
首頁連到 foreign-country repository
各國家連到個國家的 repository
Definition of done
修正連結
