Why is this change necessary

讓大家可以分享 taiwanese-work.in/xxxx 這樣的網址，且在 Facebook 上有漂亮的 preview
Proposed solution
做一個簡單的 middleman partial，只要給國家名稱、圖片、也許一小段話等即可產生一個國家頁面
使用 Pretty URLs 設定
Definition of done
taiwanese-work.in/singapore 等三個網址都可以在 production 上打開頁面
