Added an "Asciidoc Prose Fixup" Command. See FIXUP_CONVERTED.adoc for details.

Isn't commit 043535e01460 (GIT Ignore *.chback files.) the same that was just merged in a previous PR (#21)?

That commit is redundant and should be removed from this branch.

Also, if you can squash together the other two we could have a single commit for this PR.
