Refactored the current documentation and added some descriptive text (for existing features).

Mentioned ST4 in the title and intro.
Extracted snippet details and keymap details to (AsciiDoc) files in a new "Docs" folder.
Gave the "Other" features each their own sub-heading.
Specially called out file-associations and syntax-highlighting as features, as well.
Moved the About info under Project Status, and inserted a general description of the package in its place.
