Add libc++ support from karimnaaji's repo #33

See #17. This is mostly a copy-and-paste from karimnaaji's version, except with support for the static variant as well.

This solution is still half-working. So I'm not going to merge it but will keep it open for everyone who wants to give it a try.

This doesn't currently work with ANDROID_STANDALONE_TOOLCHAIN, I may take a crack at it, but just throwing it out there in case someone doesn't know where to start.

@taka-no-me do you remember what isn't working that you would like to see before it gets merged?
