Not sure how this branch ended up with a lot of Ryan's clean-up commits, but they let me build the RenderManager branch of the Android-Build project. I did need to remove one flag parameter to get SDL to build.

I tested that the master branch of OSVR-Android-Build can still build as well using this branch as the master branch. Can someone take a look and see if this looks okay to merge?

Russ, you probably don't want to have this pull request open - it's against the upstream android-cmake, not our fork, and it pulls in other branches that I've separately pull requested.

Right, thanks for catching that. I was thinking that I was using the internal repo, which explains a lot of things...
