Add example of meshing of a cylinder #12

I have added an example about how to use ofblockmeshdicthelper to create the mesh for a cylinder (a pipe, for instance)

Also, I have modified the creation of blocks in orden to include the definition of cell zones. It is useful to create cell zones composed of several blocks. It was reported in this issue
