avoid showing message for new buffers #23

Every time I open a new buffer, I see the Hard time on message, then I have to press enter to actually start editing my file.

With this change we avoid showing this message for every new buffer.

I cannot reproduce this on the machines I have tried so far. Could you tell me what you are running and how you come across this error.

I'm running vim 7.4.355 on mac osx 10.8.4. I came across this just by opening a new file after having installed the plugin.

Still can't reproduce, this isn't GVim or MacVim is it? Can you reproduce this without any other plugins installed?

No, it's vim in the terminal, no plugins:
