Add on/off button in Chrome tool/address bar? #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Bottom status bar no longer working, it'd be much easier for UI to have a 
button in the top tool/address bar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Autopatchwork Version: 1.9.9 Windows 7
