Favicon not the same as Globally recognised icon #100

The favicon is not the same on the site as it is on other global channels,

I propose a singular logo URL that points to all channels so updating is easy.

The current logo is black crane on red background.

I've changed the icons to be the right colour but have commented them out in favour of just running the SVG version of the icon.

If this poses an issue I will switch back.
