Hello, I was wondering why, even if I select Prokaryote as a profile, I still have annotations relative to eukaryotes. For example, I get genes related to the "Longevity regulating pathway - worm [PATH:ko04212]".

Is it because the same gene can be involved in different pathways between Eukaryotes and Procaryotes, or am I setting the profiles wrong?

I have done it in this way: --PROFILE=/my_path...../Kofam/profiles/prokaryote.hal
