Create catalog for m2e 1.4 #17

Seems that m2e v1.4 requires a separate catalog. It would be good to prepare for this before the release.

The pull request only adds 1.4 support. All compatible connectors need to add "1.4". I suggest we go out on the mailing list and ask all connector devs to fix this.
