added catalog entry for jaxws-maven-plugin, added GitHub URL for remote-resources and yuicompressor connectors.

merged as bba47e73075c63d62fd8c46c0e60ea248c7c4e0c please take extra caution next time to not leave a BOM in the pull request (that is the diff in the very first line of the pull request). If you are on Windows, please do not use Notepad. :-)
