https://download.takari.io no longer available #63

The connectors contain an entry for Takari Lifecycle Support. However, it's impossible to install it in Eclipse because https://download.takari.io is no longer available.

This is been broken for a while. The endpoint is no reachable. Anyone knows a workaround?

@jvanzyl any chance you could publish the Takari Lifecycle Support to a stable server, so that I can update the catalog? I've removed it for now.
