Eclipse plugin isn't installable #109

This repository suggests http://takari.io/book/40-lifecycle.html which suggests http://repository.takari.io:8081/nexus/content/sites/m2e.extras/takari-team/0.1.0/N/LATEST/ which doesn't load for me.

Alternatively, discovering m2e connectors fails with
