Get rid of Guava from compile/runtime scope (ban it to test scope)

The codebase is Java11, but even on Java8 there is no need for it anymore.

Changes:

• guice changed to "vanilla"
• guava banned to test scope
• sources has been updated, some older java constructs reworked
