Scrolling on landing page is not working correctly

expected behavior: Scrollable site from top to bottom, with scrollify.js assisting the user

actual behavior: initiating scroll goes directly from top to bottom and vice versa. Appears to skip over a screen in between.

I have not seen this behavior, but I will check it out as I am adding features in.
