import 100 contacts from sample2.csv ; however only 25 contacts export #7

Import 100 contacts per https://github.com/takbok/shared-contacts-admin/blob/master/testcases/testcase-4.md Then export contacts.

Two problems noted:

  1. While 100 contacts were imported, only 25 contacts were exported.
  2. Columns are missing on export (similar to issue # 6 previously reported)
