Unable to install on Win8.1 64 bit Python2.7 #15

I am getting following error while trying to install ON a Windows 8.1 64 bit machine running python 27

Probably, graphillion cannot be built on "Python for Windows" (https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/). Try Anaconda (https://store.continuum.io/cshop/anaconda/) if you want to use graphillion on Windows.

Yes, have tries with Anaconda and it worked neatly.
