Toolbar not appearing after install #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I install the plugin
2. Open Sketchup
3. No toolbar to be found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sketchup 8. Windows 8

The toolbar isn't in View> Toolbars... menu either.
