Move by word while highlighted #127

If I press v to start highlighting, and I press w to move to the next word, the cursor does successfully move to the next word. However, the highlighted portion only moves one character, making the cursor and highlighted portion out of sync.

This is also the case for the $ (end-of-line) command.
