Ping @davvid @paulproteus - I think this is working now. Here is the console example from the repo built from this branch - it should install a guessnumber command.

This is amazing. I can look into using this in the next month or so. I'm hoping you don't ask me to test the EXE here @takluyver but if you insist, I can get a Windows VM up to test it in. :)

I have already given it a test on my laptop, I'm just putting it up for you to poke around the installation if you want. :-)
