Student Residency Applied #29

We need to add a field for students so they know their residency application has been submitted. On studentView page, allow them to just update if they have applied to residency or not.

The Residency field already includes an "Applied" value. After discussing this more we were thinking you wanted students to be able to change their own status to "Applied", but this could lead to some problems: Students could update their profile to "Applied" even without submitting the application and this could lead to confusion down the road. It is probably best that administrators change this field once any forms are actually collected so that both sides know the files were properly collected. Ideally we should have a form for the application on their profile and once they submit, the field is updated, but we will wait until the next meeting to discuss this.
