What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i have a wireshark connected to a wanbrige server and have configured the
link to 512Kbps. Once the test is done and if i see the I/O graph of wireshark,
i could see 24Mbps of data at a particular time.
2. When i configure it to 1.5Mbps, i could see 48Mbps of data a particular time.
3. The above data was checked for both downstream and upstream traffic. Does
wanbridge really configures the link speed to 512Kbps and 1.5Mbps? I am
confused on how a link with 512Kbps have peak data of 24Mbps?
Latency works properly when configured.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is the above scenario possible?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest wanbridge setup in a VM linux running in live cd.
