On timer change func added #10

Function usage:

  1. change color
  2. trigger actions on the last 60 sec or so

@sudo-man it was added on this 4c81e279df24db9d2f67f2ecbda5fc4563b115a2 please update to v2.0.0, and you will have onChange prop
