Twitter app compatibility

Hi,

I have some trouble with the official twitter app. Firstly, the push 
notification seems to be not working. I have confirmed with other custom roms 
with the same twitter app version and its working. Secondly, the notification 
bar and the keyboard overlaps the 'new tweet' popup (screenshot attached). I 
hope that it would be the same as the stock rom. How do i solve this? Any 
suggestions?

Specs: GNex Maguro(GSM)4.2.1

What Kernel are you using when this issue appears
default sorcery kernel, franco kernel nightly #364, lean kernel v5.8 (all with

Did you install after wiping data/cache/davlik cache or dirty flash(no
wipe)  This must be answered honestly for us to help.
Yes, i used a clean install.

The Twitter compose pop up is being overlapped on mine too. It is the same on 
other custom ROMS (can't remember about the stock) so it might have been the 
app's developer's fault. 

The push notification is working fine on my device though. However, not 
receiving the push notifications had happened to me before and it was because I 
restored the app+data using Titanium Backup. Did you do that on yours?

ok since there seems to be a problem here poster states this isnt happening on 
other roms while commentor states it is happening the same on other custom roms 
i do not know what is happening here.  please take the user feedbackl regarding 
titanium. than burn the stupid app and use the rom youll have a much better 
experience.
I am cloosing this please refile if you continue to have problems that arent 
reported throughout roms due to the app.

The poster was talking about the push notification that is not having any 
issues on other ROMs which can be solved with a proper reinstall of the app.

I managed to solve the push notification issue. Fyi i never used titanium 
backup, all apps are sync automatically via play store. And as for the 
overlapping popup i think i'm used to it already. Although it is a bit hard to 
touch the send button. Btw i remember them not being overlapped in MiNCO and 
(AOKO or CM10.1-Nightly cant remember which one). But Paranoid Android, Liquid 
JB, XenonHD all have the same problem.
