wifi: no data when connected to wifi on 5.1 #245

What Kernel are you using when this issue appears
1.stock

What Gapps did you install(If obscure please tell us where you got them)
1.non inverted from team sorcery downloads

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.connect to wifi
2.try to access web
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
get the page like when there is no data connectivity

Did you use titanium or any other restore application
(must be answered and if you did will be deleted-Refile when you have not
used it-if it continues to occur)

i have tested in multiple places and get the same result.  i restored my 
nandroid of sourcery 5 and wifi connected and worked perfectly, running stock 
kernel.

Did you install after wiping data/cache/davlik cache or dirty flash(no
wipe)  This must be answered honestly for us to help.
1.complete clean flash, data/cach/dalvik/factory/system and deleted old android 
folder.

try a differnet kernel and let me know but i just tested with my setup here and 
it connects. also i have a wifi here tht you pay for but if not ti bring up the 
signup page and that alsoo works.

I have experience with people stating they did not use titanium since they only 
used it for this or that.  you state you did not use it so at a loss.

it has been shown that restoring bluetooth or wifi settings with titanium makes 
many things in the rom break. settings is a system app.

But without that being your issue i just cant reproduce this here.
