Language and Input settings not saving #246

What Phone Are you using--Maguro(GSM)-TORO(Verizon)-TOROPLUS(Sprint)

What is the build date listed in the phone settings
1. Thu Mar 7 17:45:10 MST 2013

What Build number is listed in about phone.
1.  JDQ39-4.2.2_r1

What Kernel are you using when this issue appears
1. 3.0.31-Sourcerizer eagle@Sourcery #21

What Gapps did you install(If obscure please tell us where you got them)
1.  gapps-jb-20130301-signed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Issue under 5.1 - Settings/Language & input/Android keyboard (AOSP) 
settings.  Input languages, uncheck "Use system language".  Select any 2 
languages and click the back button.  Go back in and it's unsaved.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- My selections saved.  It reverted back to "Use system language"

Did you use titanium or any other restore application
(must be answered and if you did will be deleted-Refile when you have not
used it-if it continues to occur)

Please provide any additional information below.

Did you install after wiping data/cache/davlik cache or dirty flash(no
wipe)  This must be answered honestly for us to help.

sorry cant reproduce did exactly as you stated and it saved the 2 languages 
even through a reboot.

Have seen a few others with some sort of keyboard issues that i am unable to 
reproduce.
1 admited he used titanium and with a clean install it worked fine.

i just tried with with several differnt lancuages and they all worked.
