SIMPEL: use same density of sea water #16

Currently rhow from pism_condif.cdl and rho_star from Olbers and Hellmer paper are used both for density of sea-water. We should unify these. This means also that we have to re-compute the linearization parameters 'alpha' and 'beta' of the equation of state.
