Is the code for ocean_bmr still needed #6

The code made it into pism06, but is is wanted in pism07?

This is code that reads in basal melt input fields and adapts the melt to the evolving ice thickness based on an initial reference thickness. This was once useful, but I think as long as no one asks for, we should not invest time here.
