Estimates of errors are made on the decontaminated traces. This is wrong since the error is based on the total signal received on a pixel. So we should use the combination of both modeled order to estimate the detector bad pixel uncertainties.

Idea: Replace the bad pixels outside of extract_image. Before decontamination.
