[CON/Layout:] Add 'Global' option for mentors on landing page #409

User story

As a (future) mentor who is located outside of ReDI's current three locations in Germany, I want to be able to sign in under a non-specified location (e.g. 'Global') so that mentees know from the beginning that I will be only offering remote mentoring sessions.

Goal

Since this 'Global' option can only be offered for mentors and not for mentees, we will need to think about a good way to integrate it into the platform and not confuse mentees too much.

UI/UX design assets / specification

Since we will ultimately merge all locations, this will look differently. Then we will be able to allow this option only for Mentors in the form of a dropdown menu of location options. Let's discuss if we want to add a 'Global' location once locations are being merged.
