What should the reviewer know?

This PR adresses styling issues within the jobListingCard and the styling and logic for the CardTags component.

jobListingCard:

• updated heart icon
• corrected premature truncation on Job Title
• Adjusted spacing between tags in middle container
• limited card height in desktop to follow designs more closely
• added styling to position REACTIVATE button, on company profile
• removed unecessary margins from #location

CardTags:

• adjusted border radius, sizing, font-size... for different screen sizes
• for desktop: added logic to keep component dynamic, auto adjusting number of chips displayed according to space available
• on mobile: reverted to previous logic, displaying a max of 3 tags.
