[CON]: Show All Mentoring Topics on Mentor Profile Page #882

Context/background

Mentees visiting the mentor's profile page can't see all the mentoring topics that the mentor is offering. Some of them are hidden under +N. Please see screenshots for examples.

What needs to be done?

Ensure all mentoring topics are visible on the mentor's profile page for mentees.
